CALICO was founded in the UK as a creative collective shaped by global street culture, with a deep influence from Seoul’s underground fashion and art scene. While our roots are British, our vision was forged through late-night inspiration pulled from Hongdae’s clubs, studios, and raw creative energy.

We didn’t start in a boardroom. We started by studying the streets — translating Seoul’s bold expression into a new UK-born identity.

Our mission is simple: transform the chaos of modern street culture into wearable art. We fuse Seoul-inspired aesthetics, Korean design philosophy, and experimental typography with a distinctly UK edge.
